WafraHealth Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 01-09-2026
Last updated: september 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the WafraHealth website, digital membership card, discount offers, verification services, and any related services.
WafraHealth is operated by Intellivon LLC, Commercial Registration No. 7051344518, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“WafraHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing or activating a WafraHealth card, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Important Notice
WafraHealth is a discount membership service. It is not:
-
Health or medical insurance;
-
A healthcare provider;
-
A medical consultation or referral service;
-
A guarantee of treatment, appointment availability, medical results, or eligibility for any particular service; or
-
A substitute for professional medical advice or emergency medical care.
Participating hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and other providers remain independently responsible for their services, professional decisions, prices, licences, staff, safety standards, and treatment outcomes.
In an emergency, customers should contact the appropriate emergency service or visit an emergency healthcare facility. WafraHealth should not be used to obtain emergency assistance.
2. Definitions
For these Terms:
-
Card means the digital WafraHealth discount membership card issued to an eligible customer.
-
Cardholder means the person whose name and identifying information appear on the card.
-
Customer or User means any person accessing the website or purchasing or using a card.
-
Partner or Service Provider means an independent business participating in the WafraHealth network.
-
Offer means a discount, special rate, package, or other benefit made available by a Partner.
-
Services means the WafraHealth website, card, verification page, partner directory, offers, customer communications, and related facilities.
3. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a card. A parent or legal guardian may purchase a card for an eligible minor where permitted.
You agree to:
-
Provide complete, correct, and current information;
-
Use your legal name as shown on your identification document;
-
Provide only your own information or information you are legally authorised to provide;
-
Update us if relevant information changes; and
-
Present suitable identification when requested by WafraHealth or a Partner.
We may delay, reject, suspend, or cancel a card if the information supplied is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, duplicated, or cannot reasonably be verified.
4. Card Issuance and Activation
Unless a different arrangement is clearly shown during purchase, the card will be issued and activated electronically after successful payment and completion of the required information.
The membership validity period, activation date, and expiry date will appear on the card or purchase confirmation. The card automatically expires at the end of that period unless renewed.
A delay caused by incorrect customer information, payment verification, system maintenance, security checks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control does not change the card’s stated validity unless WafraHealth confirms otherwise in writing.
5. Personal and Permitted Use
An individual WafraHealth card is personal to its named Cardholder. It may not be:
-
Sold, transferred, rented, shared, copied, or commercially exploited;
-
Used by another person;
-
Altered, duplicated, or used with false identification;
-
Used to obtain a benefit through deception or system manipulation; or
-
Used for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Partners may scan the card’s QR code and request identification to confirm that the user is the registered Cardholder.
Screenshots, copies, or altered versions of an expired, suspended, or cancelled card are invalid.
6. Partner Offers and Discounts
Offers are provided by independent Partners and may vary according to:
-
Location or branch;
-
Service, treatment, product, practitioner, or department;
-
Appointment time or availability;
-
Customer eligibility;
-
Promotional period;
-
Payment method; or
-
Specific Partner conditions.
Before receiving a service or making payment, the Cardholder should:
-
Confirm that the selected branch participates in WafraHealth;
-
Present the valid card before billing;
-
Ask the Partner to confirm the applicable discount and final price; and
-
Review any exclusions or conditions shown with the Offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Offers cannot be combined with insurance, another discount programme, promotional code, package price, government benefit, or another special offer;
-
Discounts generally apply only to eligible services paid for directly by the Cardholder;
-
Discounts do not apply retrospectively after an invoice has been paid;
-
Prior purchases are not eligible for adjustment; and
-
A Partner may require an appointment or prior approval.
Any advertised percentage—such as “up to” a stated discount—means that the maximum may be available only for selected services or Partners. It does not mean that every service will receive that percentage.
7. Changes to Partners and Offers
The Partner network and available Offers may change during the membership period. A Partner may amend or withdraw an Offer, change participating branches, or leave the network.
WafraHealth will take reasonable steps to keep listings accurate. However, we do not guarantee that:
-
Every listed Partner will remain available throughout the card period;
-
Every service will be available at every branch;
-
Appointments will be available at a preferred time;
-
A particular doctor, product, medicine, procedure, or package will be available; or
-
Prices and Offer details will never change.
Where practical, significant updates will be reflected on the website. Customers should confirm the Offer directly with the Partner before travelling, booking, receiving treatment, or making payment.
8. Healthcare Decisions and Provider Responsibility
All medical assessments, prescriptions, treatments, procedures, diagnoses, medicines, and healthcare decisions are made exclusively by the relevant licensed healthcare professional or Partner.
WafraHealth does not recommend or endorse a particular diagnosis, treatment, provider, doctor, medication, or procedure merely by listing the Partner or Offer.
A Partner may refuse or modify a requested service where it considers the service medically inappropriate, unsafe, unavailable, or subject to legal or professional restrictions. The availability of a discount does not create an entitlement to receive a particular medical service.
Complaints concerning clinical treatment, professional conduct, appointment management, product quality, billing by a Partner, or treatment outcomes should first be addressed to the relevant Partner. WafraHealth may assist with communication where appropriate but does not assume the Partner’s responsibility.
9. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Card payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers made available at checkout. Available payment methods may change.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT where legally required. Any receipt or tax invoice will be issued in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations.
You confirm that:
-
You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
-
The payment information supplied is accurate;
-
You will not initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback; and
-
Applicable bank, instalment-provider, or payment-provider conditions may also apply.
WafraHealth does not store complete card-payment details where payment processing is performed by an independent payment provider.
10. Cancellation, Refunds, and Renewal
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the WafraHealth Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Saudi law.
Because the card is a digital product that may be issued and activated promptly after payment:
-
Refund eligibility may be affected once the card has been activated or used;
-
A refund will not normally be available merely because the Cardholder did not use the card, did not obtain the expected amount of savings, or a preferred Partner or Offer later became unavailable;
-
Duplicate or incorrect purchases should be reported promptly; and
-
Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
Membership will not renew automatically unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and separately accepted during purchase. Where automatic renewal applies, the applicable price, renewal date, and cancellation method will be communicated to the customer.
11. Suspension and Cancellation by WafraHealth
We may suspend, restrict, or cancel a card or account where we reasonably believe that:
-
These Terms have been violated;
-
The card is being shared, transferred, copied, or misused;
-
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct has occurred;
-
Payment has been reversed, disputed, or found unauthorised;
-
Information supplied is false or cannot be verified;
-
The service is being used to interfere with our systems or Partners; or
-
Suspension is required by law, a competent authority, or a security concern.
Where appropriate, we may request further information before restoring access. Refund eligibility following suspension or cancellation will depend on the circumstances, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
12. Website Availability and Acceptable Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes.
You must not:
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, database, QR verification page, or technical system;
-
Introduce malware or harmful code;
-
Scrape, reproduce, or commercially reuse website content without permission;
-
Interfere with the website’s security or operation;
-
Impersonate another person;
-
Submit false reviews, claims, or information; or
-
Use the website in a manner that violates Saudi law or the rights of another party.
We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, updates, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Personal Data and Communications
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Saudi data-protection requirements.
This information may include the Cardholder’s name, contact information, identification type, limited identification details, membership number, card status, purchase information, and card-verification activity.
Where necessary to operate the service, limited information may be shared with:
-
Participating Partners for card verification;
-
Payment and technology providers;
-
Customer-support providers; and
-
Government or regulatory authorities where legally required.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications concerning purchases, activation, expiry, security, card status, material service changes, and customer support.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable requirements, and customers may opt out through the method provided in the communication.
14. Intellectual Property
The WafraHealth name, branding, logos, designs, text, software, databases, page layouts, graphics, and original website materials are owned by or licensed to WafraHealth.
No content may be copied, modified, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Partner names, trademarks, images, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website indicates participation or an authorised listing and does not transfer ownership to WafraHealth.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may contain links to Partner websites, booking systems, maps, social-media pages, or other third-party services.
WafraHealth does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or separate terms. Customers should review the third party’s applicable policies before using its services or providing information.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WafraHealth is not responsible for:
-
A Partner’s acts, omissions, negligence, professional decisions, service quality, products, pricing errors, cancellations, or treatment outcomes;
-
Indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the card;
-
Loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer;
-
Temporary technical interruption or unauthorised activity outside our reasonable control;
-
A Partner refusing an Offer because its stated eligibility requirements were not met; or
-
Travel, appointment, or other costs incurred without first confirming the Offer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor does it remove any mandatory consumer right under Saudi law.
17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding the card, payment, website, or an advertised Offer, please contact WafraHealth and provide:
-
Your name and membership number;
-
The relevant Partner and branch;
-
The date of the incident;
-
A short description of the issue; and
-
Supporting documents, where available.
We will review the complaint and may contact the Partner or payment provider when necessary. Any clinical or professional complaint may need to be handled directly by the Partner or the relevant regulatory authority.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute amicably. This does not restrict the customer’s right to submit a complaint to a competent Saudi authority or exercise any statutory legal right.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our services, payment arrangements, security requirements, or business operations.
The updated version will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects an active membership, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or the customer’s registered contact details where required.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
19. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
If WafraHealth does not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean that it has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent authority or court in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules concerning jurisdiction.
